I bought this laptop new and used it for my travel laptop. It has the latest MX Linux on it and runs very reasonable. It has never failed me and never needed repaired. Memory was upgraded to 1GB. If you are looking for tough laptop to travel with, this could be the one for you. It does need a new battery but I see they are very reasonable on ebay.
