The Yaesu FV-101B external VFO is designed to work with the FT-101E/EE/EX transceiver. It features the same factory sealed, solid state VFO with 1 kHz readout that is found in the FT-101E. A dual VFO adapter is built into the FT-101E to accept a simple plug-in cable. The FV-101B includes a fixed channel oscillator for up to four crystal controlled channels on any band form 160 through 10 meters. It is powered from the transceiver. Frequency range: 8.7 to 9.2 MHz. Stability: 100 Hz in any 30 minute period after warm-up.
